Pastoral Council Survey 2008

Dear Members of St Andrew By The Bay,

The Current Pastoral Council, in order to better plan and vision for our parish, has prepared a survey which will help them and me determine two things:

Please read the survey (listed below) and answer the questions thoughtfully. there is space for you to add suggestions of your own; we would welcome your suggestions. This is an anonymous survey (unless you choose to sign it.)

Please fill out and return the survey to the church or office by Sunday October 5th. There will be a box in the narthex where you can drop off your survey. Additional surveys will be available in the narthex should you need another

We will inform you about the results when they have been tabulated. Thank you for participating in this survey to help make our parish the welcoming,spirtually enriching and joyful sign of God's reign that you deserve.
