St. Vincent de Paul - The St. Vincent de Paul Society is an international , lay, Catholic organization that serves persons in need. Organized locally through its network of Parish Conferences, St. Vincent de Paul helps people, while leading its members to grow spiritually through service. Our Conference was established at St. Andrew by the Bay in February of 1998. Over time, the Conference has grown not only in size, but spirit and function. Our continued growth allows us to more fully develop as a “joyful sign of God’s reign”.

Currently, our members assist individuals in crisis by providing food, utility assistance, rent, referrals and other items of necessity to help them through a difficult time. Individual members are involved in prison
ministry, homeless programs, providing meals at the Light House Shelter, My Brother’s Pantry, and home/nursing home/hospital visits. Support is also provided to Allen Apartments as well as Camp St. Vincent and St. Ambrose.

Annual events include Lenten fish dinners, Project Rice Bowl and Christmas sharing programs.
Volunteers are at the heart of the Society’s work and as a group we meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Attendance at meetings is not required. Opportunities to bear witness to your faith are many and varied within our Conference and we have no age requirements.

We urge you to come join us as we work together
