SPAN
The Severna Park Assistance Network (SPAN) is an organization supported ecumenically by many of the local churches and by civic organizations. SPAN provides a food locker, for which we collect non-perishable food items once a month. They also provide financial assistance to local residents in emergency situations, such as an electric cut-off. We support SPAN financially with an annual pledge, through food collection, and by support on the board of directors. SPAN THANKS SABB YOUTH Tom Davis writes: "I would personally like to thank the youth of our church, Ms. Ronnie Weidenhammer...our Youth Minister, and all the parishoners who donated $1,000 on 'Souper Bowl' Sunday (February 4) for SPAN (Severna Park Assistance Network). We are blessed beyond words in this church!!!"
