Building and strengthening marriages begins with husbands and wives making time to be with each other and having fun together.  Bring the children to the parish center for free child-care in a safe setting.  Come together with other couples to see a 10-minute video to give you something to talk about besides the children and finances.  Then take off with  your spouse for dinner and a date.  (We'll even feed the children!)
Sign up here in August 2017.

9 Wednesday evenings beginning September 6

7:00-8:30 p.m.
Adult Learning Center (Library)
Facilitator:  Deacon Tony Norcio

There are few Sundays in the Church year that we don't  hear from St. Paul.  Written for communities he founded almost 2000 years ago, they still speak to the heart of who we are called to be as Catholic Christians in the world today.  Come discover what you didn't even know you didn't know.

THE GOSPEL OF MARK

2 Wednesday evenings, December 6 and 13

7:00-8:30 p.m.
Adult Learning Center (Library)
Facilitator:  Deacon Tony Norcio

When Mark wrote his Gospel, to become a follower of Jesus was a radical decision -- it could mean ridicule, estrangement, even death.  Yet the joy of Mark's work is unmistakeable.  Come discover Mark's Gospel and the challenge to respond ourselves to the provocative words and astounding deeds of Jesus the Christ.

THE NICENE CREED

7:00-8:30p.m.
Adult Learning Center (Library) / Lower Hall

"I believe."  We say it every week, the Profession of Faith.  What are we really professing?  Nothing less than who we believe God to be, and who we understand we are called to be in relationship with God and each other; the very bedrock of our faith.  Come explore it in more depth.

THE MASS

5 Wednesday evenings, beginning April 18

7:00-8:30 p.m.
Adult Learning Center (Library)
Facilitator:  Deacon Tony Norcio

In The Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, the very first document promulgated by the Second Vatican Council, the Church tells us that "In the earthly liturgy, we take part in a foretaste of that heavenly liturgy which is celebrated in the Holy City of Jerusalem toward which we journey as pilgrims . . ."  And continues, "the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; it is also the fount from which all her power flows."  Come learn more, and enrich your experience of this taste of heaven, this source and summit, in which we are all called to full, conscious, and active participation.
