Anointing of the Sick:
Please come to the front of the church after Mass and Father will be happy to anoint you, or call for an appointment.
Library Hours:
Sundays: 9:00am-11:30am (staffed)
Weekdays: 8:30am-4:00pm and when PREP is in session (self-service)
What's Happening at our Parish
Receptionist/Secretary
July 2, 2012
St. Andrew by the Bay has an opening for a part-time (20 hours/week) Receptionist/Secretary, effective July 2. Duties include: preparing the weekly bulletin, greeting and signing-in visitors, routing incoming calls, registering new parishioners, helping with inputting contributions into a database, preparing Mass cards, making entries in sacramental record books, maintaining sign-out log for keys to church/parish center, distributing mail, STAND processing and screening for volunteers and performing general office tasks.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience in a professional office setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well with others and to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and effectively use parish database program.
