Money Counters
Money Counters carefully count the weekend collections in secure teams of several people on a rotating basis. Money Counters usually count money once a month.​

Office Helpers
​Office Helpers answer the phone, greet visitors, prepare Mass cards, stuff the bulletin, and work with parish staff on various administrative activities on Monday through Friday from 12:30-4:30 p.m. Most Office Helpers work one or two days a month. Other Office Helpers serve as substitutes who we call on when a regular Office Helper is unable to come into the office.​
